Mohammad Bin Zayed issues resolution setting up board of directors
Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi, on Thursday issued a law giving Dar Zayed for Family Care (DZFC) independent legal capacity and full financial and administrative independence in its operations.
The lawt also stipulates that DZFC will be affiliated to the Crown Prince’s Court and replace Dar Zayed for Comprehensive Care, which used to be affiliated to the Zayed Higher Organisation for Humanitarian Care and Special Needs.
DZFC will aim to provide families with Sharia-compliant health, social, psychological and educational care.
As per the provisions of the law, His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, issued a resolution setting up the board of directors of DZFC. Saif Ahmad Al Muhairi will serve as chairman. Other members of the board include Mohammad Ebrahim Al Mahmoud, Mubarak Saeed Al Shamsi, Hamad Bin Nakhairat Al Ameri, and Fahd Mattar Al Niyadi.
