Abu Dhabi: January 1, 2018 will be a public holiday for the UAE’s private sector, according to a circular issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
In a circular issued on Thursday, Nasser Bin Thani Al Hameli, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, extended his greetings on the occasion to President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and UAE citizens and residents.
