Dubai: Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, has issued Executive Council Resolution No. 65 of 2016 approving the organisational structure of Mohammad Bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG).
According to the resolution, the Executive President of MBRSG is authorised to issue all necessary decisions to execute the resolution, including approval of the authorities and responsibilities of units and divisions within the approved organisational structure.
The new resolution annuls Resolution No. 11 of 2016 on the organisational structure of MBRSG and any other legislation that contradicts or challenges articles of Resolution No. 65 of 2016. The resolution is effective from the date of issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
