Dubai — Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, issued Executive Council Resolution No 02 of 2018 approving the organisational structure of Mohammad Bin Rashid Housing Establishment.
The Chief Executive Officer of the establishment may issue any required bylaws to implement this resolution, including approval of the mandates for the units and departments subject to the resolution.
This resolution annuls any other legislation that contradict or challenge its articles. The resolution is valid from date of issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
