Dubai: Several government agencies have made Dubai Design District, an upmarket cutural hub on the edge of Dubai Canal, their new home, with Smart Dubai, Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), Dubai Sports Council, and Supreme Legislative Committee relocating their offices.
