Fujairah: Shaikh Mohammad Bin Hamad Bin Mohammad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, yesterday attended the opening of the Fujairah International Dental Conference 2012 (FIDC).
The three day event, organised by Fujairah Medical Zone in cooperation with Fujairah Dental Centre, is dedicated to topics in the field of dentistry, including advances and developments in dentistry and dental researchers and their innovative experiments.
Dr Amin Al Amiri, Assistant Under Secretary of the Ministry of Health for Medical Practices and Licensing, expressed thanks to the Crown Prince for his generous patronage to the inaugural conference, which comes within the ministry’s strategy to develop healthcare services.
The crown prince also inaugurated an exhibition of modern medical technology running concurrently with the conference.
Twenty eight well known speakers and experts in their fields will present around 30 lectures, and discuss various dental topics during the conference which is attended by over 1,000 delegates from various countries.
