Dubai: The Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Charity and Humanitarian Establishment has carried out its humanitarian programme for the second day in Nepal.

Chancellor Ebrahim Bu Malha, humanitarian and cultural affairs adviser to the Ruler of Dubai and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation said that the establishment has sent an aid team to the crisis-stricken area, and that the delegation is still these carrying out its humanitarian role. He added that aid materials have been bought from the local market, packaged in parcels and distributed amongst the population.

Bu Malha said that the initial number of families that made use of the aid material were 1,000 families.
