Abu Dhabi: Emiratis holding ordinary passports are exempt from pre-entry visas to visit Argentina.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation announced that the visa waiver is effective as of May 16, with the possibility of UAE citizens travelling to Argentina to stay for a period up to 90 days.
Ahmad Al Daheri, Assistant Under-Secretary for Consular Affairs at the ministry said that the visa waiver decision by the Argentine government reflects the prominent international status that the UAE has attained on the global scale, opening up further horizons for its citizens.
It also demonstrates the growing bilateral relations between the two friendly countries across various sectors, including tourism, investment and trade.
Al Daheri highlighted that the ministry seeks to enhance its diplomatic efforts to attain the wise leadership’s strategic objective of providing UAE citizens with distinguished services that ensures their comfort and happiness.
