Dubai: The World Peace Committee has confirmed the appointment of Emirati Dr Abdul Rahman Al Ansari as Ambassador-at-Large for World Peace. As ambassador, he will coordinate the World Peace Summit 2017 which will be attended by 202 countries.

Dr Abdul Rahman will also lead the coordination for the conference which will be at the core of the summit. Djuyoto Suntani, president of the World Peace Committee, said, “Dr. Abdul Rahman is the ideal candidate for the role of Ambassador-at-Large. He is a distinguished executive who is recognised for being a pioneer of innovative and forward thought.”
