Dubai: Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, has issued Executive Council Resolution No. 52 of 2016 extending the Dubai Government Human Resources Management Law to cover civilian national and expatriate employees at Dubai Government Human Resources Department, Dubai Protocol Department and Dubai Civil Aviation Authority.
The grades and categories stipulated by the Dubai Government Human Resources Management Law will be applicable to the employees of the above-mentioned departments. This will be implemented in coordination with the Dubai Government Human Resources Department, according to applied policies and procedures, and without prejudice to the employees’ rights and claims.
This resolution is effective from the date of issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
