Dubai: The Charity Doctor, an initiative launched by the Ministry of Health and Prevention to offer the Emirati society free medication for a full year, has achieved remarkable results in the first month of its launch, an official said on Sunday.
Dr Mohammad Salim Al Olama, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health and Prevention, said: ”The initiative targets all segments of the society including children, young and old people of all nationalities. It is achieving its goals of alleviating patients sufferings as part of the ministry’s strategy to enhance the health of the individuals and society.
