Yemen says embassy attack has markings of Al Qaida
Yemen's Interior Ministry said on Saturday that 25 people suspected of plotting Wednesday's attack on a US Embassy have been arrested.
Sanaa: Yemen's Interior Ministry said on Saturday that 25 people suspected of plotting Wednesday's attack on a US Embassy have been arrested.
Yemeni officials said the suspects had ties to Al Qaida.
Meanwhile, Yemeni authorities were on full alert as the country stepped up security around diplomatic missions in order to "face and thwart any terrorist threats".
The alert came after Wednesday's bomb attack on the gate of the US Embassy that killed 17 people.
