HADHRAMAUT: The Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, has provided more humanitarian and relief aid to people with special needs in Tarim District, Hadhramaut governorate.
The latest aid package, which includes food baskets and school bags, is part of the UAE’s ongoing efforts to assist local people and ease their suffering during the troubled situation in Hadhramaut and the whole of Yemen.
Ahmed Al Neyadi, head of the ERC team in Hadhramaut, said that their ongoing support for people in several Yemeni cities and villages is part of the UAE’s long-standing tradition of humanitarian action and its assistance to the people of Yemen.
Hisham Al Saeedi, Assistant Under-Secretary for Districts Affairs in Hadhramaut, extended his appreciation to the UAE and its humanitarian arm, the ERC, for their unlimited support for underprivileged people in Tarim District.
