Dubai: Rain fell in parts of Dubai and the UAE on Sunday morning, with forecasters expecting more rain in the next two days.
Motorists reported slow-moving traffic on Al Khail Road, Meydan Road and Business Bay Bridge as soft rain fell on Dubai.
The National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) said Sunday's weather will be partly cloudy in general, becoming cloudy at times.
The weather bureau expects the temperature to hit a maximum of 44 degrees Celcius, dropping to 19 degrees Celcius at night, especially in mountainous areas.
Partly cloudy weather is expected on Monday and Tuesday, with chances of more rain.
