Dubai: The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has bagged Middle East Internet Award as the best government entity, for its widespread interaction with the public through social networks sites such as Facebook, YouTube and Twitter.

These sites have boosted interaction with the public by making the exchange of messages, suggestions, ideas and complaints easier, the RTA said.
