Mansour opens Shaikh Khalifa Road
Dubai - Fujairah Road will reduce the travel time between Dubai and Fujaira from 90 to 30 minutes
Fujairah: Shaikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, opened the new Shaikh Khalifa Road which links Dubai to Fujairah as part of the country’s 40th National Day celebrations.
The opening ceremony was held in the presence of Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Public Works, and a number of senior officials. The Dubai - Fujairah Road will reduce the travel time between Dubai and Fujaira from 90 to 30 minutes only.
The construction of the road is in line with the directives of President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and is aimed at improving the road networks in the country and easing traffic between the emirates.
