Ghantoot pile-up toll rises to four after one more dies in hospital
The official death toll for the Ghantoot pile-up has risen to four with one man dying in hospital, officials from the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA) said.

Abu Dhabi: The official death toll for the Ghantoot pile-up has risen to four with one man dying in hospital, officials from the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA) said.
A.M., a 37-year-old Algerian, died in Al Rahba Hospital last Thursday. He was suffering from a severe head trauma.
Three people were killed and more than 300 injured in the 250-car pile up near the Ghantoot bridge on March 11, the cause of which was attributed to poor visibility due to fog.
The dead man's family has been informed. Al Rahba Hospital is assisting in arrangements to transport his body to Algeria.
One crash victim was recently discharged from Al Rahba Hospital and a third who is suffering from fractures has been transferred from the ICU unit to a bone ward.
A 32-year-old Emirati suffering from a broken collarbone and third degree burns has been transferred from Al Rahba to Al Mafraq Hospital. He underwent plastic surgery last Thursday. Doctors said he will be fine. A 41-year-old Bangladeshi is still in a critical condition and is on a ventilator in Al Mafraq Hopsital.
The third patient still in Al Mafraq Hospital is a 26-year-old Nepali who is suffering from fractures. Doctors say he will be discharged soon.
In Zayed Military Hospital (ZMH), a Jordanian, Salam, 35, suffered third degree burns. His prognosis has been upgraded to good. Two other patients were admitted to ZMH but were discharged the same day.
Five people were admitted to Shaikh Khalifa Medical City (SKMC). Two were discharged last week and a third is expected to be discharged this week.
