This one takes the cake: a man who possessed no licence was driving a bulldozer which had no number plate. And where was he caught? In front of the Dubai Police Chief's house.
Dubai: This one takes the cake: a man who possessed no licence was driving a bulldozer which had no number plate. And where was he caught? In front of the Dubai Police Chief's house.
A traffic patrol caught M.K., the 30-year-old worker, who was driving a bulldozer without a number plate near Lieutenant General Dahi Khalfan Tamim's house in Jumeirah. He also did not have a licence.
A traffic court fined M.K. Dh1,200 and banned him from applying for a driver's licence for three months.
