The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has launched a new electronic service that enables learners at driving schools in Dubai to book driving test appointments online.
Hussain Al Saffar, Director of Drivers Training and Qualification in the Agency, said that after creating an online account with the RTA, users can complete online bookings by logging onto the website and selecting Licensing Services. They can then access Online Booking of the Driving Test.
“The Licensing Agency is constantly seeking to enhance the e-service offering,” he said, adding that their annual plans and aspirations are focused on improving the customer service experience.
