Dubai: Six people claim they have fallen ill after eating buffet food at a restaurant in a mall in Dubai at the weekend.
One diner suffered from severe vomiting and diarrhoea and collapsed from the symptoms. Others suffered from stomach pains and diarrhoea.
Restaurant manager said: "Hygiene is pretty good at the restaurant. I'm sure this hasn't happened, because everything is clean and tidy. We haven't had any other reports, so you can't tell if they were ill from here."
The case has been reported to Dubai Municipality and is under investigation.
