Sristi has been at the neo-natal ICU of Latifa Hospital for more than two months. Her parents, who budgeted only Dh22,500 for her delivery, need to pay more than Dh280,000 in hospital bills.
12.08.14: Nylah Armilla, born prematurely in the seventh month, has been in an incubator at Al Baraha Hospital, Dubai for more than a month. The hospital bill is coming up to Dh100,000 while her parents had only saved Dh10,000 for the delivery.

24.12.13: Premature twins, a boy named Afnan and a girl named Aneesa, were born in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) of University Hospital in Sharjah. Ansar Khan, an Indian expatriate, had to pay more than Dh150,000 to the hospital.
02.11.13: Born three months premature to Indian parents Sheerain and Nasir Khan, Safa weighed only 580g when she was delivered through a C-section. The couple is looking at more than Dh531,000 in hospital bills.
