DHA opens specialised clinic
Clinic open to patients on the first Wednesday of every month
As patients with weakened immune systems are particularly vulnerable to infections due to an immunodeficiency, Dr Fatma Sultan Al Olama, head of the child health care unit at the DHA, said such patients need to be closely monitored and should be provided with necessary treatment.
She added that the clinic was initiated specifically to see patients suffering from immunity problems from all the Emirates on the first Wednesday of every month.
