UAE Vice-President offers Eid prayer at Grand Eid Musalla in Bur Dubai
His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Tuesday morning performed the Eid Al Fitr prayer at the Grand Eid Musalla in Bur Dubai.

Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Tuesday morning performed the Eid Al Fitr prayer at the Grand Eid Musalla in Bur Dubai.
Also at the Musalla to perform the prayer alongside the Vice-President were Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince, Shaikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, UAE Minister of Finance and Industry, Shaikh Maktoum Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Shaikh Ahmad Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Event Management, Shaikh Majid Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Culture and Arts, other Shaikhs and a large congregation of Muslims.
Later, Shaikh Mohammad and the congregation listened to the Eid sermon, which was delivered by Shaikh Omar Al Khateeb who prayed to God to protect President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid and protect the UAE's stability and prosperity under their wise leadership.
Shaikh Al Khateeb urged Muslims to keep doing the good deeds, obey God after Ramadan as well as maintain relations and tolerance and exchange visits among members of families.
He also preached about the significance of Zakat, a small amount that Muslims are obliged to pay as charity at the end of Ramadan.
Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid later received a large number of Eid Al Fitr well-wishers at the Za'beel Palace.
Present at the meetings were Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad, Shaikh Hamdan Bin Rashid, Shaikh Maktoum Bin Mohammad.
Well-wishers included Abdul Aziz Bin Abdullah Al Ghurair, Federal Speaker of the National Council (FNC), Ministers and senior officers from police, Civil Defence, Armed Forces and the Department of Naturalization and Residency and a large number of Muslim expatriates.
Well-wishers expressed their best wishes of good health, ever lasting happiness and prosperity for Shaikh Mohammad and the UAE.
