Abu Dhabi: Shaikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Foreign Minister, has condemned in the strongest possible terms the deadly bombing at the Boston Marathon which killed and injured many innocent victims.
He denounced the heinous crime and expressed the solidarity of the UAE with the US.
Shaikh Abdullah said: "The UAE condemns such terrorism and criminal acts aimed at destabilising the security and stability of the United States, and urges all countries to stand united in face of terrorism, to fight it and to eradicate it, in all of its aspects, whatever its source and motivation."
In conclusion, he also expressed sincere condolences to the US government and families of the victims, expressing the hope that the injured would have a speedy recovery, and emphasising the UAE's rejection of such heinous criminal acts.
