Miloš Zeman, President of the Czech Republic, opens new Czech Embassy in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi: General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and Miloš Zeman President of the Czech Republic, conducted talks highlighting the friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
Shaikh Mohammad received Zeman, who is on an official visit to the country at Mushrif Palace in Abu Dhabi, Thursday afternoon.
Shaikh Mohammad confirmed that the UAE under the leadership of President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, is looking to establish distinct and sophisticated relations with the Czech Republic that will contribute and further development of the two nations and strengthen joint cooperation in various fields.
“Our meeting with you today is an opportunity for a new start towards bilateral relations and further growth and development” said Shaikh Mohammad.
“We look through these meetings with officials in both countries to exchange ideas and proposals and views on the most important ways and means to ensure that we promote a new phase of fruitful cooperation towards achieving the desired objectives in the establishment of important partnerships and take advantage of the possibilities that serve the two friendly peoples” he added.
For his part, the Czech president expressed his happiness on visiting the UAE and discussing ways to strengthen friendship and cooperation in various fields, while praising the UAE’s progress and development and its outstanding contributions in the fields of humanitarian work.
