Shaikh Khalifa grants order upon Kazakh ambassador

Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan bestowed the First Class Order of Independence upon Askar Mussinov, Kazakhstan’s Ambassador to the UAE.

The order was conferred upon Mussinov in recognition of efforts during his tenure to enhance bilateral relations between the UAE and Kazakhstan in all fields.

The order was presented by Dr Anwar Mohammad Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, who received Mussinov at his office in the Foreign Ministry on Saturday.

Dr Gargash congratulated Mussinov on receiving the Order, and wished him success in his future endeavours.

Mussinov thanked Shaikh Khalifa for honouring him with the order, and hailed the wise policies of the UAE leadership and the prominent role played by Shaikh Khalifa on the regional and international level.

He expressed his thanks to government officials in the country in general, and Foreign Ministry officials in particular, pointing out that their cooperation contributed to the success in his duties.
