Shaikh Abdullah meets Gilani
Pakistani Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani received Shaikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Foreign Minister, in Islamabad on Thursday.
Islamabad: Pakistani Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani received Shaikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Foreign Minister, in Islamabad on Thursday.
Gilani welcomed Shaikh Abdullah and highlighted the multi-faceted relations between the UAE and Pakistan, which he said were based on mutual bonds of religion, heritage, values and culture.
Shaikh Abdullah termed the UAE-Pakistan relations as historic. The Pakistani premier hosted a dinner in honour of Shaikh Abdullah, which was attended by a number of Pakistani ministers and senior officials.
