Abu Dhabi: Under the patronage of President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Their Highnesses the Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the emirates along with deputy rulers on Thursday witnessed a mass wedding at Al Mushrif Palace in Abu Dhabi held on the sidelines of wedding celebrations of members of Al Nahyan and Al Qasimi families.
The first wedding celebration was that of Shaikh Mohammad Bin Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan to the daughter of Shaikh Tahnoun Bin Mohammad Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in the Eastern Region.
The weddings also included that of Shaikh Khalifa Bin Tahnoun Bin Mohammad Al Nahyan to the daughter of Shaikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in the Western Region, Shaikh Zayed Bin Hamad Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan to the daughter of Shaikh Saeed Bin Saif Bin Mohammad Al Nahyan and Shaikh Abdul Aziz Bin Saud Khalid Al Qasimi to the daughter of Shaikh Tahnoun Bin Saeed Bin Shakhbout Al Nahyan along with 110 Emirati couples from all over the country.
His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and Shaikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi of Ajman, Shaikh Hamad Bin Mohammad Al Sharqi of Fujairah, Shaikh Saud Bin Rashid Al Mualla of Umm Al Quwain, Shaikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi of Ras Al Khaimah, General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, attended the celebrations.
