The Vatican:  Dr Hessa Abdullah Ahmad Al Otaiba presented her credentials as an envoy par excellence and non-resident plenipotentiary to the Vatican.

Hessa, who is also the UAE's envoy to Spain, presented her papers to Pope Benedict XVI.
