Palestinian president leaves Abu Dhabi for Bahrain
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has praised the UAE for its support for Palestinians who are passing through difficult times.
Abu Dhabi: Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has praised the UAE for its support for Palestinians who are passing through difficult times.
In a statement before leaving Abu Dhabi for Bahrain on Tuesday, Abbas said he and President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan reviewed prospects for Middle East peace process and Palestinian developments.
Dr Ali Bin Abdullah Al Ka'abi, Minister of Labour, and a number of senior officials saw Abbas off at the airport.
