Abu Dhabi: Maitha Al Shamsi, Minister of State and Chairwoman of the Marriage Fund, has approved the names of beneficiaries of the eighth batch of the Marriage Fund for 2014.
A total of 311 recipients will benefit from a grant totalling over Dh11.7 million. The allocated money for each beneficiary has been transferred to their bank accounts, along with an SMS notification.
The Marriage Fund helps citizens with financial grant in order to encourage them to build a family to contribute to social stability.
“Our country has spared no effort in order to build a strong societal family foundation,” said Maitha.
