Shaikh Khalifa on Tuesday made a phone call to Kuwaiti Emir, during which he deeply thanked Shaikh Sabah for his decision, which reflects the deep-rooted relations between the two brotherly countries and the Kuwaiti leadership’s appreciation of the late Shaikh Zayed and his significant contributions and achievements on Gulf, Arab and Islamic levels.
