Tripartite meeting point
As a result of the historic agreement, the UAE has now completed the delineation of all of its land borders with Oman.
The border from Umm Al Zamul to east of Oqaidat has already been delineated, in accordance with the agreement signed between the two countries in Sohar on May 1, 1999.
The remaining issue to be solved is the technical definition of the tripartite meeting point in Umm Al Zamul area between the UAE, Oman and Saudi Arabia.
