Dubai: A number of resolutions were issued on Thursday by Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council.

Shaikh Hamdan issued Resolution No. 20 of 2012 regarding the organisational structure of the Community Development Authority (CDA).

The first article stipulates approving the organisational structure listed in the resolution, while the second article specifies the duties of the Director General of the Authority, which include approving the detailed structure of CDA and issuing necessary decisions to implement the bylaws of this resolution.

Shaikh Hamdan issued Resolution No. 21 of 2012 regarding fees for the usage of treated sewage water for irrigation purposes in private farms in Dubai. The resolution stipulates that a monthly fee of 2.5 fils is required to be paid for every square metre of the total land area.

The fee must be paid by landlords of plots used as private farms.

Resolution No. 22 was also issued by Shaikh Hamdan regarding the board of trustees of the Dubai School of Government. The resolution named Dr Anwar Mohammad Gargash as Chairman of the board.

Board members include Shaikha Lubna Bint Khalid Al Qasimi, Sultan Saeed Al Mansouri, Humaid Mohammad Obaid Al Quttami, Tareq Hilal Lootah, Qadi Saeed Murooshid, Ahmad Abdullah Bin Byat, Omar Abdullah Al Futaim, and Abdullah Majid Al Gurair. Board members will have a three year tenure that’s applicable for renewal.

Shaikh Hamdan issued Resolution No. 23 appointing Eisa Al Hajj Al Maidour as Deputy Director General of Dubai Municipality.

He will be granted a rank of Executive Director as per the Human Resources Department law.

All the resolutions come into effect from the date of their issuance and are to be published in the official gazette.
