Hamdan inspects Dubai Courts offices and reviews strategies
Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, yesterday visited Dubai Courts' offices as part of his inspection trips to government departments.

Dubai: Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, yesterday visited Dubai Courts' offices as part of his inspection trips to government departments.
He was welcomed by Dr Ahmad Bin Hazeem Al Suwaidi, Director-General of Dubai Courts; Judge Mohammad Yousuf, Deputy Director, heads of departments of Dubai's three courts and senior officials.
Shaikh Hamdan saw an e- presentation on the organisational structure, responsibilities, targets and strategy of courts since 1985.
His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, earlier ordered the setting up of the Supreme Judicial Council to protect the independence of the judiciary and its justice and fairness.
Pillars
The move was in line with the court's strategy and vision on values, justice, equality, creativity and excellence as well as with the spirit of teamwork.
The e-presentation focused on the strategies of the Dubai Court of First Instance, Dubai Court of Appeal and Dubai Court of Cassation, from 2006 to 2008.
The strategy is based on three key pillars human resources, internal operations and customer service, in order to provide the best services to customers in line with the directives of Shaikh Mohammad.
Shaikh Hamdan was also briefed on the organisational structure of the Dubai Public Prosecution by Essam Al Humaidan, Attorney-General.
