Sharjah: Four new vehicles were handed by the Government Transport Centre affiliated to Emirates Transport to the Sharjah Medical Zone, a part of the Ministry of Health.

This was done in line with the centre’s services offered to government departments such as federal and local authorities across the UAE.

Humaid Ali Khudur, the Sharjah Centre’s Director said that handing over the vehicles is in line with Emirates Transport’s keenness in providing vehicles and buses to all government departments around the country.

He added that Emirates Transport is keen to renew its vehicles fleet every year all over the country and according to the various needs of ministries and departments.

He said that the overall number of government vehicles owned by the Sharjah branch is about 200 different vehicles, which are made use of by 14 Federal government and local entities.
