He congratulated the wise leadership of the country under the guidance of President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and Their Highnesses Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates on the success of the programme, which he said would perpetuate the memory of the founding fathers.

He added: “The first aim of the national service was to serve the country through the involvement of all members of the society, and nothing should stop them from carrying out this noble duty, even though there is no direct threat to the security of the country.”

Fahd Al Hosani, Acting CEO of Emirates Post, congratulated the employees who had signed up for national service. “The UAE was blessed with safety and security, thanks to the Almighty and the leadership of [President] His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and fellow Rulers of the Emirates,” he added.
