The following are the winners of elections the Federal National Council from Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah after the polling was closed at 7pm on Monday.
- Elected FNC members from left Sultan Saqr Al Suwaidi, Hussain Al Sha'afar, Jamal Al Hai and Khalid Ali Zayed Al Falasi, celebrate after winning.

- Sultan Saqr Al Suwaidi - 208
