Dubai: Shaikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Minister of Finance and President of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Dewa), has honoured Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, managing director and CEO of Dewa, for his contributions and pivotal role in developing the engineering sector in the UAE. An appreciation ceremony was held on the sidelines of the opening ceremony of the Society of Engineers’ office in Al Mamzar, Dubai.

Al Tayer extended his sincere gratitude, on behalf of Dewa, to His Highness Shaikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum “for this accolade, which is the result of Dewa’s efforts and achievements in the engineering sector”.
