Delegates rail against US policies
Participants at a Leadership conference here on Tuesday told George Bush Sr that they disapprove his son's policies.
Abu Dhabi: Participants at a Leadership conference here on Tuesday told George Bush Sr that they disapprove his son's policies.
"We do not respect your son, and we do not respect what the US is doing all over the world," Nevine Al Rum-eisi, a student at the Higher Colleges of Technology, told the former US president.
"My son is an honest man, he is working hard for peace," replied Bush. "How come that everybody want to go to the US if the US is so bad?" he asked.
The discussion became heated when others joined in support of Al Rumeisi.
