Charity: Letter of appreciation for humanitarian efforts

Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, is to receive a 'letter of love' from children with special needs in appreciation for his humanitarian efforts.
Dr Mariam Mattar, of Dubai Cares, said, "Noor Dubai is one of great initiatives launched by Shaikh Mohammad that aims to cure one million blind people."
