Abu Dhabi: Lieutenant General Shaikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, ordered the establishment of a central administration at the naturalisation and residency departments to further improve customer satisfaction.

The directives come in response to the recommendations made by the management of service centres committee during the second meeting of the sector development council which was chaired by Shaikh Saif.

Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Naturalisation and Residency said that the naturalisation and residency sector has studied the development of management to serve customers better and to embody the directives of the wise leadership.

The concept followed is to move from the traditional notion of customer service to making customers happy and to provide services that exceed their expectations and enrich their experiences.

He said the concept will be implemented in all the ministry’s service centres after introducing it at the naturalisation and residency sectors.

He said the implementation of the concept and the customer feedback will be gained through sophisticated electronic systems, which provides real-time reports for decision-makers.
