Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has ordered dispatching a medical aircraft to transport an Emirati citizen being treated in a Kuwaiti hospital after suffering a heart stroke.

A Ministry of Interior statement said Hassan Mohammad Al Mamari, 67, suffered a heart stroke during his stay in Kuwait and was rushed to the Mubarak Al Kabeer Hospital intensive care unit, until his health condition stabilised.
An officer from the Ministry of Interior and a medical team from the Health Authority of Abu Dhabi will be on board the plane that will bring back the patient for treatment in the UAE.
The statement lauded the Kuwaiti health authorities for providing health care to the UAE national and wished him a speedy recovery.
