Abu Dhabi Crown Prince meets Sarkozy
They discussed latest regional and international developments in the presence of Foreign Minister Shaikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan

Paris: General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, yesterday held talks with French President Nicolas Sarkozy, on ways to develop bilateral relations.
They discussed the latest regional and international developments as well as issues of mutual concern in the presence of Shaikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister, with a focus on the developments regarding the Palestinian cause and the Palestinian bid for a full UN recognition of an independent Palestinian state.
Shaikh Mohammad affirmed the UAE’s keenness under the leadership of President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to develop distinguished bilateral relations with France, and expand avenues of cooperation in all fields.
Sarkozy stressed his country’s endeavour to develop its relations with the UAE in the best interest of both nations and its people.
The also discussed the latest developments in Libya and expressed their satisfaction with Libyan transactional council’s efforts towards restoring security and satiability ion the country.
