Abu Dhabi: Twenty-one new judges, including eight Emiratis, were on Wednesday sworn in before Shaikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Judicial Department.

Addressing the judges, Shaikh Mansour stressed President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s keenness on upholding sovereignty of the law and consolidating justice as it is a key pillar for the stability of security, society and the economy in the UAE.

Shaikh Mansour pointed out that department’s strategy aims to build a judicial system that is characterised by efficiency, which is in line with the massive development witnessed by Abu Dhabi.
