Mohammad, Spellings discuss tie-up in education
His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, received Margaret Spellings, US Secretary of Education, yesterday at the Dubai Financial Centre.

At the meeting, which was also attended by Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Shaikh Mohammad and Secretary Spellings discussed the possibility of extending bridges of cooperation between UAE and US educational Institutes to achieve a strategic partnership in the field of higher education between the two countries.
The meeting was also attended by Mohammad Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, Dr Hanif Hassan, Minister of Education, and Reem Al Hashemi, Minister of State.
