Encourage young Arab girls to excel, Shaikha Lubna urges
Arab women must be encouraged to have more confidence, UAE minister says at Women in the Arab World Symposium
Until 1980s, everyone believed that the perfect structure was that of the men and in that environment the woman was obliged many a time to adopt male leadership styles. Today, women must preserve their identity as women ., I am convinced that feminine leadership exists, it is not easy to change the masculine established criteria of our societies, and even more so when these are associated with special privileges. It as been many years of masculine domination, partially because women, in general, have their feminine role very internalized and this, in many cases, leads us to resign to our carriers, reduce our aspirations and ambitions, even not to aspire to access determined positions. We must have our own strategies. All women together can make better countries, more caring countries and thereby construct a more equal, caring and generous international community. Let us unite every day more.

We should give a chance for women to handle a big role. Even the other country has a Woman President and they can manage it. So for me the defferent between man and woman is only sex.
