Sharjah: Sharjah Police have arrested a gang of ten men for selling alcohol to workers in the industrial area.
The suspects, hailing from India and Bangladesh, are accused of keeping stocks of liquor illegally with the intent to sell.
Sharjah Police’s Criminal Investigation Department was tipped off about the illegal activity and a police team raided the area in question. Police found a large quantity of alcoholic beverages and cash. The suspects have been referred to prosecution.
