Dubai: Police auctioned more than 2,200 motorbikes, confiscated three years ago for rule violations, for Dh1,220,000.

Brigadier Mohammad Saif Al Zafein, Director of Dubai Police's Traffic Department, said more than 50 people participated in the auction of confiscated motorbikes, which were mostly seized for not registering and causing disturbances in residential areas.
