Dubai: A clerk has denied that he invited a Filipina for dinner and then luring her into his flat, molesting her and photographing her naked.
The 26-year-old Filipina worker, J.F., accused the 32-year-old Pakistani clerk of deceiving her when he invited her to dinner.
He then drove her to his flat and forcefully pulled her into the bedroom where she alleged that he undressed and molested her, and then took nude snaps of her while he was under the influence of liquor.
The Public Prosecution charged the suspect, I.J., with molesting the woman, kidnapping, breaching her privacy and consuming liquor.
The suspect denied all charges in the Dubai Court of First Instance. A hearing will be held soon.
